Meet Dave
Dave’s experience in construction began early. He grew up with a father who was a remodeling contractor and learned the fundamentals of the trade on the job alongside his father and two older brothers. After college, he gained further experience in construction materials and equipment sales and management.
In 2007, Dave joined his father’s company. After his father passed away, Dave established Grandview Construction Services and, in 2023, changed the business name to SWITCH Handyman Services.
From small installations to building an entire home, Dave’s experience spans a wide range of projects, including plumbing, electrical, decks, doors, windows, outdoor structures, bath fans, fixtures, and more. He brings a practical, professional approach and extensive construction experience to every project. Dave is a registered contractor with the State of Washington.
